All products will be despatched by post.
You are obliged to notify us of any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
We will not accept liability for any claim unless notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and confirmed in writing within seven days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with goods supplied for whatever reason, they may be returned to us for immediate replacement or refund.
Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, you will be responsible for all expenses and incidental charges incurred during the warranty period.
If the purchaser properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations within seven working days in writing, the purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the returned goods are not received by us in a condition where they can be sold as new then we reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Whether goods are returned in a saleable condition is to be judged by ourselves.
It is reasonable for the buyer to open the outer packaging and inspect the goods.
Business customers have no rights to returns goods under the regulation.
The order cancellation must be put in writing and must be forwarded to either cust_service@ineedspex.co.uk or sent to returns at our head office address which can be found on the "About Us" page.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when we receive notification of cancellation of the order.
Refunds will NOT include the original carriage charge. |
