Payment & Delivery

Do you offer a guarantee?

If it is one of our new frames, then there is a guarantee, but if we are replacing lenses into your own frame, then, we do not take responsibility should it break. We will advise you in advance if we think that there is a possibility of the frame breaking due to the age or brittle nature of the frame.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Mastercard and Visa or BACS payment on request.

Do you ship worldwide

We ship all our International parcels by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service and will send you a tracking number as soon as your frame has been dispatched.

Do I need to be at home for my delivery?

All domestic orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class, with a proof of posting, so there is no need for you to be at home, unless you have asked for a Special delivery. Should the postman to be unable to get your packet through your letterbox, he will leave you a card with instructions as to how to collect it.

What do I do if there is a problem with my glasses upon delivery?

Send them straight back to us with a hard copy of your prescription and a note telling us what is wrong. PLEASE BE AWARE that if the reason is simply that you do not like the frame, we will only be able to credit you for the frame, NOT the lenses as these are bespoke to your prescription and are no use to anyone else. Likewise, should you fill in your prescription incorrectly, ie. putting a “+” instead of a “-“, we will be unable to give you a credit.
