Shipping & Returns
Glasses with Prescription lenses are custom manufactured and are not returnable for a refund or exchange should they not suit your requirements or if you have entered your prescription incorrectly. Please double check that you have entered your prescription correctly with the correct values. If you are unsure of any details, please contact us before placing your order.
All products will be despatched by post.
You are obliged to notify us of any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
We will not accept liability for any claim unless notified within 24 hours of receipt of delivery and confirmed in writing within 7 days of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with goods supplied for whatever reason, they may be returned to us for immediate replacement or refund.
Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, you will be responsible for all expenses and incidental charges incurred during the warranty period.
If the purchaser properly rejects any of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 working days in writing, the purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the returned goods are not received by us in a condition where they can be sold as new then we reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Whether goods are returned in a saleable condition is to be judged by ourselves.
It is reasonable for the buyer to open the outer packaging and inspect the goods.
Business customers have no rights to returns goods under the regulation.
The order cancellation must be put in writing and must be forwarded to either firstname.lastname@example.org or sent to returns at our head office address which can be found here.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days from when we receive notification of cancellation of the order.
Refunds will NOT include the original carriage charge.
