Great service and great reading glasses. If you're looking for half-moon glasses - full rim ones, since the lenses pop all too easily out of the cat-gut containment in the partial-rim kind, and the gut loosens and the lenses fall out more and more often, so full rim really is the way to go - ineedspex has the only inexpensive choice currently available. And their glasses are first-rate as well as great value.

I�Ineedspex ! Being short sighted and not being able to wear lenses it has been both frustrating and expensive searching for prescription sunglasses.Ive always been quite envious of those that can wear "off the peg glasses " and own several pairs! Until I discovered Ineedspexs that is! I came across the company earlier this year and after ringing Richard to make some enquiries I decided to give it a go. The service I have received has been absolutely fantastic. The first pair of glasses promptly arrived and I was so pleased with the result that I shortly ordered 3 more pairs for myself and a pair for a friend. I have rung Richard several times with questions about which lenses to order,tints, frames etc. It is so refreshing to actually get to talk to a friendly ,helpful,knowledgable and sometimes humorous voice rather than having to rely on texts. Such personal service. Amazing:-)) Even when I ordered right in the middle of the summer holidays Richard managed to get my order to me on time. I warmly recommend this company to anyone needing prescription glasses .

They were on holiday when I ordered my second fabulous pair of genuine vintage retro glasses and phoned me to chat and tell me! Not a faceless email but actually person with a voice and a sense of humour! When I got back from my little sojourn into the utopian land of Shambala festival there they were! Totally gorgeous 1970's art deco prescription glasses that look super ace! So very chuffed! My first pair of what I like to call my Deidre Barlowe's arrived so quickly and are also brilliant! I honestly recommend IneedSpex wholeheartedly. The glasses are great, the service is excellent and so quick, easy and cheap! Having a few pairs of far out super retro reading glasses is what every one needs!

Our local optician had botched putting lenses in the frames provided by Ineedspex to my partner. Richard was incredibly helpful and sorted out what would have been a disaster. He then only charged postage, despite all the time and effort he had put into helping us. Chris will certainly go back to Ineedspex for his next prescription.

I bought a pair of the replica Victorian Oval glasses, and to be honest, for that price wasn't expecting very much. However, they have arrived today and I'm absolutely delighted with them! I have a hideous prescription, and they correct my sight perfectly, and the quality and authenticity of the frames is excellent. The case they were delivered in is also good quality. They took about 8 days to be delivered. I will be recommending I Need Spex to everyone I know, and now I've got my costume glasses to wear at work (I work in a museum) I'll be a regular and loyal customer. Really, really pleased.
