Edwardian Round Eye

Unisex, lightweight, great for varifocals.

Introduced in July 2022 as the “brother” to the very successful Victorian Oval. We have designed this frame to fill a gap in various markets. Firstly, it is aimed at the “Re-enactment” market in all its different guises from period dance groups, historic monument guides, battle re-enactment or simply a “retro” look and , secondly, a younger group of festival goers, nightclub / disco patrons and for those looking for the all important intellectual “prof” look.

One of the deciding factors in bringing the frame out was the fact that, unlike the Victorian Oval, the Edwardian Round Eye is very suitable for progressive / varifocal lenses.

We based our design on the glasses worn by the analytical psychology master Carl Jung.
